Implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) in the Business Internet

Maybe some of you are familiar with the term Total Quality Management (TQM). But those who engaged in corporate management, the term is certainly no stranger. The concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) is very good in the ACTION in the Internet business that we run. Because TQM has a big role in improving the quality of all aspects of the business.

Which will be discussed this time is how to apply Total Quality Management (TQM) in the Internet business?

I was inspired to write this after reading the postings originated Khery Sudeska titled Mas Winning Key Business In Healthy Competition. I wanted to share this because I think it's time to manage the Internet business Internet business more professionally.

Here are some of my thinking about the principles of TQM in the internet business:

1. Focus on the Consumer. Whatever you do, or any ACTION that you run, which obviously the jury that determines whether the end you did it improve the quality or not is the consumer. So even if you've struggled to reorganize your products for example, presents the latest version of your product, but if consumers do not feel there is a useful thing, it means nothing. Because of that, you get used to each do something ask whether this is beneficial to my customers? Does this apply if I do, it is convenient customer?
2. Advance Quality. In each design internet business plan, consideration main quality.
3. One Vision-Mission. Each element in the business organization to understand the mission and vision of the destination. Unity's mission and vision will make it easier to move together toward one goal.
4. Based on the facts. Decision making for the internet business strategy, based on facts and not just because of mere suspicion. Maybe if a little story, about the analogy as when Mas Irwan M Santika take certain decisions to do business online. 5. Continuous Quality Improvement. Always looking for ways how to internet business processes can be conducted more effectively.

The fifth principle of TQM (Total Quality Management) is when applied as directed, I am sure will be able to improve the quality of your internet business
